Healthcare Provider-referred exams at Advanced Imaging are covered by most
major carriers in part or in full. Below is a list of providers who have agreements
with Advanced Imaging. If your insurer is not listed below, that does not mean
your exam won't be covered. Please call your insurance company and request coverage
for exams at Advanced Imaging. If we do not participate with your insurance
plan, we can be flexible with our discounts that are offered on the disallowed
